Folio, fişlerinizi iPhone'unuzda tutan bir fiş tarayıcıdır. Açılacak hesap, giriş yapılacak bir yer ve fotoğrafladığınızı alan bir sunucu yok. Bu sayfa verinize tam olarak ne olduğunu anlatıyor: bıraktığınız yerde kalıyor.

Folio ne topluyor

Hiçbir şey.

Folio'da kullanıcı hesabı, analitik, reklam ve hiçbir türde takip yok. İçinde sizin profilinizi çıkarabilecek üçüncü taraf bir SDK bulunmuyor. Kullanım istatistiği, içeriğinizi taşıyan çökme raporu ve cihaz tanımlayıcısı hiçbir yere gönderilmiyor.

Fişleriniz nerede duruyor

iPhone'unuzda, Folio'nun kendi deposunda: fotoğraflar, tutarlar, işletme adları, notlar ve kategoriler.

Gidebilecekleri iki yer daha var; ikisi de size ait ve ikisi de isteğe bağlı. Dosyalar'a dışa aktardığınız bir yedek arşivi ve kendi iCloud Drive'ınıza alınan otomatik yedek — Folio'nun değil, sizin Apple hesabınız. Folio'nun bir şeyi kopyalayabileceği kendine ait bir deposu yok.

Folio sunucusu ne yapıyor

Folio tek bir sunucuyla konuşur ve ondan yalnızca herkese açık bilgi ister: fişlerin farklı ülkelerde nasıl basıldığını anlatan ayrıştırma kuralları, günlük döviz kurları ve desteklenen en düşük uygulama sürümü gibi yapılandırma.

Bu istekler hesap, cihaz tanımlayıcısı ve içeriğinizden hiçbir şey taşımaz. Sunucuda fiş, tutar, işletme adı veya görsel kabul eden bir uç nokta yoktur ve olmayacaktır. Bir fişi okuma işi tamamen iPhone'unuzda, Apple'ın cihaz üstü metin tanımasıyla yapılır.

Spotlight ve widget'lar

Spotlight aramasını ya da Folio'nun Ana Ekran ve Kilit Ekranı widget'larını kullanırsanız iOS, gösterdikleri şeyi — bir işletme adı, bir toplam — bulup çizebilmek için cihazdaki kendi dizininde tutar. O dizin iOS'a aittir ve telefondan çıkmaz. Widget'ları kapatmak ya da Folio'yu silmek onu da kaldırır.

Satın almalar

Folio Pro, App Store üzerinden satılır. Ödemeyi Apple yürütür; Folio kartınızı, adınızı veya adresinizi hiçbir zaman görmez.

Abonelik durumu RevenueCat ile yönetilir; RevenueCat cihazınızda üretilen anonim bir tanımlayıcıyı ve App Store'un kendi satın alma makbuzunu alır. Fişleriniz, giderleriniz veya defteriniz hakkında hiçbir şey almaz. RevenueCat gizlilik politikası: revenuecat.com/privacy.

Çocuklar

Folio, çalışan yetişkinler için bir muhasebe aracıdır. Çocuklara yönelik değildir ve hiçbir şey toplamadığı için hiçbir yaştan kimseden bilerek bilgi toplamaz.

Veriniz üzerindeki haklarınız

Veriniz cihazınızdan çıkmadığı için haklarınızı kullanmak kimseden bir şey istemek anlamına gelmez. Folio'nun tuttuğu her şeyi uygulamanın içinden okuyabilir, herhangi bir kaydı düzenleyebilir veya silebilir, tüm defteri CSV olarak — ücretsiz, her kademede — ya da Pro ile XLSX ve PDF olarak dışa aktarabilirsiniz.

Uygulamayı silmek veriyi de siler. Talep edilecek, düzeltilecek veya silinecek bir sunucu kopyası yoktur; çünkü hiçbir sunucuda hiç olmadı.

Bu politikadaki değişiklikler

Bu politika değişirse sayfanın başındaki tarih de değişir ve yeni metin uygulamanın içinde yayınlanır. Folio'nun ilk ilkesi — fişlerin cihazdan çıkmaması — bir ayar değildir ve gözden geçirilmeye açık değildir.

Folio is a receipt scanner that keeps your receipts on your iPhone. There is no account to create, nothing to sign in to, and no server that receives what you photograph. This page says exactly what happens to your data, which is: it stays where you put it.

What Folio collects

Nothing.

Folio has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking of any kind. There is no third-party SDK inside it that could build a profile of you. No usage statistics, no crash reports carrying your content, and no device identifiers are sent anywhere.

Where your receipts live

On your iPhone, in Folio's own storage: the photographs, the amounts, the merchant names, the notes and the categories.

There are two other places they can go, both of them yours and both optional. A backup archive you export to Files, and an automatic backup to your own iCloud Drive — your Apple account, not Folio's. Folio has no storage of its own to copy anything into.

What the Folio server does

Folio talks to one server, and only ever to ask it for public information: the parsing rules that describe how receipts are printed in different countries, daily foreign exchange rates, and configuration such as the minimum supported app version.

Those requests carry no account, no device identifier and none of your content. The server has no endpoint that accepts a receipt, an amount, a merchant name or an image, and it is not going to get one. Reading a receipt happens entirely on your iPhone, with Apple's on-device text recognition.

Spotlight and widgets

If you use Spotlight search, or Folio's Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, iOS keeps what they show — a merchant name, a total — in its own index on the device so it can find and draw them. That index belongs to iOS and never leaves the phone. Turning the widgets off, or deleting Folio, removes it.

Purchases

Folio Pro is sold through the App Store. Apple handles the payment; Folio never sees your card, your name or your address.

Subscription state is managed with RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous identifier generated on your device and the App Store's own purchase receipt. It receives nothing about your receipts, your expenses or your ledger. RevenueCat's privacy policy: revenuecat.com/privacy.

Children

Folio is a bookkeeping tool for working adults. It is not directed at children, and because it collects nothing at all, it does not knowingly collect information from anyone of any age.

Your rights over your data

Because your data never leaves your device, exercising your rights does not mean asking anyone. You can read everything Folio holds from inside the app, edit or delete any entry, and export the whole ledger as CSV — free, on every tier — or as XLSX and PDF with Pro.

Deleting the app deletes the data with it. There is no copy on a server to request, correct or erase, because no server ever had one.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it and the new text ships inside the app. Folio's first principle — that receipts never leave the device — is not a setting, and is not up for revision.
